Brigitte Lauzier is the founder and president of MSS. A dedicated and trusted leader with more than thirty years of experience in CRM software development, she brings strong expertise in communication, leadership, and coaching. Brigitte is known for fostering positive, high-performing work environments where teams feel supported, motivated, and empowered to deliver outstanding results for clients. Throughout her career, she has successfully led the deployment of numerous Salesforce projects for global organizations, earning a reputation for reliability, vision, and a deep commitment to client success.
Guillaume Loubier
Chief Technology Officer
Guillaume Loubier is the Chief Technology Officer at MSS, where he oversees the strategy, architecture, and delivery of Salesforce solutions. With more than 17 years of experience in software development, he has led initiatives involving omni-channel engagement, telephony integration, live chat, SMS, and digital communities. Passionate about deployment excellence, Guillaume has also helped organizations adopt modern DevOps practices to support reliable deployments and efficient delivery. A recognized Copado Champion, he remains actively involved in the Salesforce ecosystem in Quebec.
